The living area features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, Smart TV and a dining table for up to six guests, making it perfect for shared meals or relaxing evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including:

• kettle and toaster

• dishwasher

Bedrooms & bathrooms
The apartment includes three comfortable bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, private ensuite bathroom and wardrobe space, offering privacy and convenience for groups.
The main bedroom, located on the top floor, features beautiful exposed wooden beams, a flat-screen TV and generous storage.
The second bedroom, on the lower floor, has high ceilings and a large window overlooking greenery behind the property.
The third bedroom, located next to the main bedroom, includes a bed that can be extended from a single into a king-size configuration if needed.
Each ensuite bathroom includes a shower and modern sanitaryware.
For your comfort we provide hotel-quality linen, towels and bathroom essentials, as well as a hairdryer and iron.
Guests also receive a local area guide with restaurant and attraction recommendations, and our team is available 24/7 should you need assistance during your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, located on the second and third floors of the building.
Check-in
Guests can check in independently via a secure in person or self-check-in system, allowing flexible arrival times. Our standard check-in time is after 3 pm - 9 pm.
Please note our Late Check-in Fees (payable in cash upon arrival):
9 PM to 12 AM: £40 cash
After 12 AM: £80 cash
Please be aware that a £20 cash fee will be charged if you arrive 2 hours later than the agreed check-in time.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-outs are subject to availability.
Late check-out fees:
• Up to 12:00 PM: £50
• Between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate
• After 3:00 PM: Full nightly rate
Other things to note
• The property is equipped with smoke detector and occupancy monitoring device to ensure a safe and respectful environment for guests and neighbours.
• A refundable damage deposit of £400 is required before check-in. After departure the property will be inspected and, if no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded within two days via bank transfer.
• Please note that baby equipment (cot or high chair) is not provided, so guests travelling with infants should arrange their own equipment.
