The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and includes: a Nespresso Machine, a cafetiere, a coffee Machine, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and gas hobs. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a beautiful wooden dining table and 4 pink velvet dining chairs.


BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Located on the second level, the first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with storage space and offer amazing views of the city. The sharing bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, an over-bath shower, a toilet and a sink. Bathroom essentials are provided.


OUTDOOR AREA

Accessible via the living room, the private balcony offers stunning panoramic views of the city.

Laundry and Extra Appliances

The property is also equipped with an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine and a dryer for your convenience.

Late check-in fees apply for arrivals outside these hours:

• 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM: £40
• After 12:00 AM: £80

Please note that if guests arrive more than 2 hours later than the agreed check-in time without prior notice, an additional £20 fee may apply.

Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.

Dispose of rubbish appropriately.

Keep the property clean and tidy.

Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.

Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
