Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment.

• One flight of stairs leads down to the entrance
• There are no stairs inside the apartment

Check-in

Guests can check in independently via lockbox, allowing flexible arrival times.
Our standard check-in time is 3 pm - 9 pm.
Please note our Late Check-in Fees (payable in cash upon arrival):
9 PM to 12 AM: £40 cash
After 12 AM: £80 cash
Please be aware that a £20 cash fee will be charged if you arrive 2 hours later than the agreed check-in time.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-outs are subject to availability.

Late check-out fees:

• Up to 12:00 PM: £50
• Between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate
• After 3:00 PM: Full nightly rate

Other things to note

• Essential supplies such as towels, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and bedding are provided upon check-in.
• A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required before check-in. After departure the property will be inspected and, if no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded within 2 days via bank transfer.
• Baby equipment (cot or high chair) is not available, so guests travelling with infants should arrange their own.
